These terms govern your use of https://nola-spa.com and your purchases of products, treatments, and packages from Bar of Beauty Spa & Skincare, located at 742 Royal St, New Orleans, LA 70116. By using the site, placing an order, or booking an appointment, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

• Treatments purchased online are scheduled after checkout — we contact you within one business day to find a time.
• Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Missed appointments or cancellations with less notice may forfeit that session or incur a fee of up to 50% of the treatment price.
• Please arrive five minutes early. Arriving late may shorten your treatment so the next guest isn't delayed.
• Tell your esthetician about allergies, sensitivities, medications (especially retinoids or isotretinoin), pregnancy, or recent procedures — some treatments may need to be adapted or postponed for your safety.

• Orders ship within 2–3 business days; shipping is complimentary over $75.
• Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method. For hygiene reasons, opened products can't be returned unless faulty.
• If something arrives damaged, email hello@nola-spa.com within 7 days with a photo and we'll make it right.

• Package sessions are valid for 12 months from purchase unless the package description states otherwise; annual and lifetime memberships follow their stated terms.
• Packages are personal to the named client. Where a package states a transfer or guest allowance, that allowance applies.
• Unused package sessions are refundable within 30 days of purchase, less the standard price of any sessions already used.

All prices are in U.S. dollars and may change; the price at checkout is the price you pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe — cards, digital wallets, and pay-over-time options (Affirm, Klarna, Afterpay) where offered. Pay-over-time plans are agreements between you and that provider.

When you contact us, book an appointment, subscribe, or make a purchase, you consent to receive email from us: service messages (receipts, confirmations, reminders) and our monthly newsletter. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the link in any newsletter or by emailing hello@nola-spa.com. Service messages related to an order or appointment are sent as part of providing the service.

Our treatments and products support skin health and appearance; they are not medical care, and nothing on this site is medical advice. Consult a physician for medical concerns, and always patch-test new products if your skin is reactive.

The text, images, and branding on this site belong to Bar of Beauty Spa & Skincare or their owners and may not be reused commercially without permission.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability for any claim arising from a purchase or treatment is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. We may update them from time to time; the version on this page, with its effective date, is the one in force.
